Dashflow App Updates for Q1: A Summary

Below is a summary of Dashflow App updates as of March 4, 2018.

Excel importing

The importing process has been improved with a header check and user choice facility in the event that Dashflow cannot recognise idiosyncratic Excel column headers but you can. This extra screen only appears when potentially needed.

Internationalisation of the app

• NEW DEAL and DEFAULT VALUES screens now allow you to select country name with flag, and currency codes and symbols for a variety of jurisdictions.

• The DashModel displays the country name and chosen currency symbol in all the relevant spreadsheet cells upon export.  The PREVIEW screen and other exported documents also provide localisation.

Tenancy schedule export

This update includes a new button in EXPORT to share a ‘Raw Tenancy Schedule’.  Dashflow can now act as a tenancy rent roll cleaner if you want to improve a tenancy schedule you may have received in Excel.

Cap Val update

Provision of instantly updated Cap Val’s in the CASH FLOW screen.

Minor bug fixes

We added some missing calculators in SETTINGS. Thanks to Elvin for pointing out the Av. C-on-Cash and Multiple were in the wrong place in PREVIEW on the iPad.  (Just shake your device vigorously to notify us immediately of such things.)  We also improved some iPad screen aesthetics.
