We are a start-up operating out of London and Sydney.

Our purpose is to allow everyone to develop and understand investment propositions in a quick, easy and correct way.  Our vision is to bring imaginative design, financial agility and leading technology to the world of investment.

We want our products to be more than just intuitive. They should be a joy to use and an opportunity for spontaneous team learning and creativity.  Our first product Dashflow™ belongs in the world of commercial real estate.

Who are We?

Michael Molloy is the creator and original developer of Dashflow.  The idea emerged from his 15 years experience in high-end CRE deals covering US, Latin America, Europe and the Asia-Pacific region. With 25 years of interest in programming, he is ideally placed to bring radical technologies and AI methods to bear on an age-old activity now ultra-complex: buying and selling valuable commercial real estate. Michael is based in London.

Warren Kinston is the strategic and management mind that turned Michael's concept and prototype into a desirable product and then wrapped a business around the product.  This capability derives from working as a management consultant, CEO mentor, entrepreneur and academic. He was a co-founder of two biotech startups that eventually listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. After having lived in London for decades, he has now moved back to Australia.

Pawel Zbros is the latest addition to the top management team, providing expertise and drive in sales and marketing. He brings over 15 years experience in real estate and finance; and for the past 5 years was a COO/Director of Sales & Business Development in Propoly, a successful proptech startup.  Pawel is client-focused, commercially astute, hands-on and a team-player. He develops and delivers strategies that produce results.  Pawel is based in London.

Graham Watman provides extensive commercial experience and know-how in regard to startups. Currently, the Founding Partner of Catalyst Partners, he was the Executive Chairman and Managing Partner of Grant Thornton (Sydney) and the International Business Centre Director for Australia for many years. As a chartered accountant, he also looks after all governance, compliance, taxation, legal and financial issues.  Graham is based in Sydney.
BUT
we four would be unable to achieve much without the incredibly determined and creative contributions of staff within our coding and customer development teams, and in our back-office. They are distributed globally and appear to work all hours of the day and night. These people are the unsung heroes of the Dashflow story.
