How To Do Magic
  • ​​Start with the .pdf brochure in your email, messaging service or cloud drive.
  • Activate the Apple sharer and select: Copy to DF Converter
  • DF Converter opens and you can scroll to the page(s) with the tenancy schedule
  • Tap on the schedule to select the page(s) and then tap the “Convert” button
  • ​An Excel file is ready in a few seconds for opening, emailing, texting or saving to a drive.
  • The .xlsx file requires some preparation before importing into Dashflow.

How to Prepare for Importing
​​Why prepare?
  • PDF pages are part of marketing brochures and not designed for importing.
  • Tenancy schedules in brochures often contain a lot of extra information.
  • Dashflow import should be smooth and without lots of error messages.

Steps:
  1. Remove everything irrelevant to importing tenancies and vacancies:
    i.e. d    elete all blank rows, irrelevant rows, and rows with totals or descriptive text.
  2. "Everything irrelevant" means what it says: don't fool yourself or cut corners.
  3. Check row by row for layout and small data errors, and fix these.

​Once the file is ready, import it via Dashflow to see profitability parameters within seconds.
